Who processes the data
The data controller is Roman S., working as Freshwind Studio. For any question about your data, write to hello@freshwindstudio.com.
What data we process
- When you write to us: your email address, name, website address and whatever you put in the message.
- When we write to you: publicly available business contact details of your company (company name, business email, phone, website address), for example from your website, Google Maps or public registers.
- When you visit this site: our server records technical data in its logs: a shortened IP address (without the last part, so it cannot identify an individual), browser type, the page opened and the time of the visit, to run and protect the site.
- If you accept visit statistics: on each page view your browser sends our server the page address, the name of the site you came from, your screen width and language. We use no cookies or identifiers and do not track you across other websites. Your choice is stored only in your browser, and you can change it via the “Privacy settings” link at the bottom of the page.
What we do not do
- This site uses no cookies, no Google Analytics and no other third-party analytics or advertising tools.
- Fonts are served from our own server, with no requests to Google or other third parties.
- We do not sell data or share it for marketing purposes.
Why, and on what basis
- Replying to your enquiry and preparing an offer: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- A business offer to a company whose website we reviewed: our legitimate interest in offering a service relevant to your business. You can object at any time and we will not contact you again.
- Server logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and protected from abuse.
- Visit statistics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time as easily as you gave it.
How long we keep data
- Correspondence is kept while we are working together or talking, and for at most two years after the last message, unless the law requires longer (for example for invoices).
- If you tell us you do not want further messages, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list so that we do not write to you again by mistake.
- Server logs, including visit statistics, are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically.
Who else has access
- Zoho (email, data stored in an EU data centre).
- Akamai Technologies (Linode): the rented server the site runs on, in a data centre in Frankfurt, Germany (EU).
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, object to processing and receive it in a portable format. Just write to hello@freshwindstudio.com; we reply within 30 days.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs) or with the supervisory authority in your EU country.
